facilitate your transaction. Once you have decided to purchase a specific property you will be guided to the next step which is writing a purchase
contract in which all terms have been established between buyer and seller.
As done in the US, in order to give formality to a contract and be binded by one, a percentage of money, which makes part of the downpayment
is given to the Seller which is held in an escrow account in the U.S. by the Title Company representing the transaction. With a date
pre-established in the contract, the process of title search is initiated by the Title Company to guarantee your purchase. As in the US there will
be some closing costs involved that are charged by the Title Company for the services provided. Once you the Title Company has finished with
their process you will be informed in order to accomplish that date established in the contract.
We want to make this process the smoothest possible and make sure we keep you as a future customer.
CONSTRUCTION
